Learn more about the ‘The future of heritage’ through the stories in two sessions. A place is a living connection to the past and a product of people who built it. Cultural heritage-led urban development reconciles the original use of place with communities’ modern uses and needs.

Session 1: Examples from Belluno (Italy and Spain), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Prague (Czech Republic). These projects will show the value of community engagement for successful revitalisation processes of prominent industrial urban heritage.

Session 2: Come and learn all about ROCK and CLICK, two European-funded projects that translate academic knowledge to practice by testing innovative approaches on collaborative regeneration and placemaking.
